However, timelines may shift due to revisions, lack of required input from the client, or unforeseeable circumstances.

Service delivery may involve regular updates, task approvals, revisions, or milestone payments depending on the agreement. Any requests that fall outside of the original scope may be subject to additional charges and time estimates.


3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services and website solely for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or compromise our users’ experience. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who misuses the platform or breaches these Terms.


4. Client Obligations

To ensure smooth service delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear instructions, accurate information, and timely feedback
  • Respond to queries and share necessary access or documents when required
  • Avoid sharing misleading, harmful, or illegal content
  • Respect deadlines for payments and approvals

Failure to cooperate as needed may cause delays or interruptions in service and could lead to cancellation without refund.


5. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing depends on the nature and scope of the service requested. All charges are communicated clearly before the engagement begins. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance for project-based tasks or on a recurring schedule for ongoing services. Payment methods include secure third-party payment gateways, and DigiDeskSolution does not store your payment information.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in service disruption or cancellation. In case of delayed payments, late fees may apply. We do not offer refunds for completed work or partially used service periods unless required by law.


6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

DigiDeskSolution treats all client data, communications, and business materials as strictly confidential. We do not disclose, sell, or share any sensitive information with unauthorized parties. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

The DigiDeskSolution name, logo, and original site content (including images, texts, and graphics) are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without express written permission.


8. Termination and Cancellation

Both the client and DigiDeskSolution reserve the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, with or without cause, provided that written notice is given. Upon termination:

  • Any outstanding payments for completed or ongoing work must be settled
  • Ongoing tasks may be stopped immediately or handed over based on agreement
  • All access credentials or shared data must be returned or deleted as requested

We may also suspend or terminate services without notice if a client violates these Terms, engages in unethical conduct, or uses our services for illegal or harmful purposes.


9. Limitation of Liability

DigiDeskSolution makes every effort to deliver quality and timely service. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of revenue, data, or opportunities, arising from service delays, errors, miscommunication, technical failures, or third-party actions.

We provide no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in the service agreement. Clients are encouraged to review deliverables before final use and notify us of any issues within a reasonable time.


10. Modifications to These Terms

DigiDeskSolution may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When changes are made, the “Effective Date” at the top will be updated. We encourage users to review this page regularly. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
